The dinner is exclusive to ticket holders and can only be purchased here. We will not be accepting walk-ins on the evening. We ask all reservations adhere to a 2-hour seating time to help us accommodate other guests. We will not be able to make accommodations for allergies or dietary restrictions. On January 28th, we host award-winning restaurateur, wine company owner, and author, Rose Previte for a four-course meal celebrating the launch of her new cookbook: Maydān. The meal will explore bold flavors and overlapping foodways, spanning from Lebanon to Morocco, and Oman to the Republic of Georgia. Rose owns Compass Rose, Michelin-starred Maydān, and Kirby Club, with more concepts to come (like Maydān Market in Los Angeles later in 2024!). Raised in a food-loving Sicilian-Lebanese family, Rose’s first food related job was through her mother’s Lebanese catering business.
Each ticket is $125 and includes a four course banquet meal. Two seatings are available at 6:00p and 8:30p. A curated wine and cocktail list will be available for purchase, and a book signing from Rose will also be hosted following dinner.
